Application Process

This checklist will assist you with gathering documentation to apply for a loan with Century Bank.

• Purchase Agreement
• Last 2 year's W-2's and Current Pay Stubs for a one-month period
• Self Employed Borrowers - Income Tax Returns for the past two years
• Last 3-month statements for: Bank Accounts, Checking Accounts, Savings Accounts, CD's, Stocks & Bonds, and Investment or Retirement Account

You can apply online. After you submit your application online, please complete an Authorization Form and fax to 505-982-4666.  You can also print out and complete an application by accessing the loan application under resources and forms.
