This checklist will assist you with gathering documentation to apply for a loan with Century Bank.

• Purchase Agreement
• Last 2 year's W-2's and Current Pay Stubs for a one-month period
• Self Employed Borrowers - Income Tax Returns for the past two years
• Last 3-month statements for: Bank Accounts, Checking Accounts, Savings Accounts, CD's, Stocks & Bonds, and Investment or Retirement Account

You can apply online. After you submit your application online, please complete a Authorization to Release Information  and fax to 505-982-4666.  You can also print out and complete an application by accessing the loan application under resources and forms.  Please submit all forms to Century Bank Mortgage Department at 100 S. Federal Place, Santa Fe, NM  87501. either by mail or in person.
